We Need Your Help!
We’re looking for volunteers to join our conference committees. We especially need support in these areas right now:
- Budget & Sponsorship
- Scholarship
- Workshops
NEW Volunteer Incentive Program! We recognize that budgets are tight and everyone’s schedules are packed. To show our appreciation, volunteers who engage with one or more conference committees will receive a code for their choice of:
- $25 off in-person conference registration, OR
- One free half-day in-person workshop, OR
- A free conference t-shirt (for those unable to attend in person)

The conference will take place at Carnegie Mellon University, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Important schedule note: The main conference will be on Monday, March 2 through Wednesday, March 4, followed by post-conference workshops on Thursday, March 5. Decisions about this year's conference schedule were based on venue availability. Keep an eye on the schedule for details as the program is finalized.
