Lodging

The conference has a block of rooms reserved at the Marriott Old City, starting at a daily rate of $199 (plus taxes). This rate is valid between the dates of March 1st to March 5th, bookable until the block fills up. Rooms may be available at the group rate before or after the above dates, based on availability at the hotel. While the reservation will require a credit card, it will not be charged until you arrive (you may also incur a fee if you do not show, or cancel outside of the allowable cancellation time frame).

Transportation

From the Airport

The Philadelphia International Airport is the closest major airport to the conference.

Public Transport

Trains depart every 30 mins from the airport towards Center City. However, this line does not go directly to the hotel, so you will need to transfer (including additional fare) to the Market-Frankford Line (MFL) at the Market & 11th (Jefferson) Station. Take the MFL eastbound towards Frankford to 2nd Street Station. The hotel is a two block walk from 2nd St Station.

From 30th St Station (Amtrak)

In 30th street station, follow the signs for the Market Frankford Line (MFL). Take the MFL Eastbound, towards Frankford, to 2nd St Station. The hotel is a two block walk from the station.

Taxis are also ready available at the station.

Parking

The conference hotel offers overnight valet parking.

Multiple nearby parking garages are availbale as well and may be cheaper.
